I love the studio, it's huge for a studio!! Henney & Angelica were absolutely amazing and helped me tremendously for the last 2 weeks. They both deserve raises ♥️

I've been renting off and on from Kilmair from the second I arrived in Florida (DFB) 15 years ago, until present day! They've always been fair, and the few properties I've lived in have always been really nice. Maintenance is on point always, should there be a need. The girls in the office are a pleasure to work with and get everything expedited very quickly and with a smile. I will surely rent from these folks for the rest of my time in the sunshine state, which will hopefully be another 15 ! They've been great to me.

I love this vintage little gem, one story, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, inter coastal waterways. Office of staff have been very helpful and supportive. Maintenance crew on staff, friendly, and responsive through just 1 call to the office. Exterminate of the exterior will take place if you Go through the office. We’re in Florida. There will be bugs. I keep a can of spray on hand just in case. Only five units one story beautifully maintained properly for its age!
