I called Killroy to check if they deal with whiteflies and they were very responsive and took the time in asking me questions to understand if what I have is really white flies or not. From the description they thought it’s most likely Aphids, but they still made the time to come and check even if I wasn’t going to use their services. The next day Tom came by , he confirmed that it’s aphids and he gave us advice on how to deal with it. Victor took his time to show me the issues I was having around the house and was very competent in addressing our problems. He was friendly and professional throughout. Best of all, he addressed the problems immediately and laid out for me the next steps that will happen.
