Unscrupulous Agent If I could give Killington Valley Real Estate less than one star, I would. This real estate agency and Judy specifically is the most unprofessional and underhanded I have ever worked with. This agent has not only illegally withheld funds that were rightfully mine out of my security deposit, but I also had to fight for and demand my security deposit back in the first place. Top of the list I have dealt with Judy @ KVRE on numerous transactions. Judy has the inside scoop on the best deals in the Killington area. We have done a season rental at Pinnacle and a purchase at Mountain Green. Both transactions went fantastic. Killington has some very good real estate agents. Judy and the folks at KVRE are "Top of the list."
My friend rented from them A friend of mine needed to rent a house while his house was being built. He rented a chalet type house through Killington Valley Real Estate. I recall that he had problems during the rental period. Something was wrong with the plumbing and the Real Estate company was not helpful resolving the matter. Also, the property included an old carpet that reeked of cigarettes. My friend never realized that feature until he had moved in.
