Both Amber & Ariana provided awesome service! They went above & beyond to make sure that we had a great experience in the restaurant.
This was such a cozy place. Wish there was a pool but the hot tub was like a heated pool almost. The service was great from everyone we encountered. The girls from the cafe, Ariana and Amber were so sweet to my family. Would come back again during the winter
The room was fine, nothing special. Upgraded to a balcony with a mountain view and what we really paid for was a view of a tree. Staff didnt care, didnt even try to make an excuse. I was just bothering her by interrupting her coke and donut with my problems. I never mind using the same towels and sheets for a short stay but we didnt get any maid service at all. Had to track down coffee everyday and empty our own trash. Supposedly this is a Hilton but it definitely doesnt feel and act like a Hilton.
Alex provided excellent service. He was a very pleasant young man who made our check in incredibly fast. We were exhausted from our trip, and even when my boyfriend wasn't the nicest, Alex maintained a genuine smile. A great experience
