Alex provided excellent service. He was a very pleasant young man who made our check in incredibly fast. We were exhausted from our trip, and even when my boyfriend wasn't the nicest, Alex maintained a genuine smile. A great experience

Unless you want to be woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, keep driving! Last night, the front desk gentleman set off the fire alarm at approximately 12:50AM and we could smell smoke in our room soon after. The alarm continued to blare for nearly 20 minutes. The gentleman apologized and you could tell he was embarrassed, but at least everyone was safe. He explained that smoke escaped when he attempted to put more logs in the lobby fireplace.
