After years of handling my own insurance I decided I didn't want to deal with the hassle anymore. I have switched over to Killingsworth and I can honestly say it has been great decision. Kayla Yeager has not only helped lower my payments but she was also able to get me more coverage for home and auto. The best part? I didn't have to do anything!! Highly recommend Killingsworth Insurance Agency!
I thought I was dealing with a professional lnsurance company until I talked with Brendan M. from the commercial business side. He we very rude and arrogant to us as customers looking for commercial insurance. I would never refer this guy for anything.

We are very sorry to learn that Mr. * has taken this route to voice his displeasure with our agency. We have worked diligently to provide the proper coverage for his business. However, we will not sacrifice our reputation or insurance license by violating insurance regulations for any client. Unfortunately, the type of coverage Mr. M was seeking is not something that is available and we aren't willing to bend the rules to make it so.
The staff overturn is so high that they are always training so no one seems to know whats going on, and last time I called for an auto shop it took 2 weeks to hear back from them, when I CALLED them back. Some of the staff is great, feel sorry they have to work in that hostile environment. Also, my sister is getting screwed out of money for the second time bc of mistakes they made on her policy. Nice! Too bad there aren't many other agents in the area to switch to.
honest and hard working agents! I would highly recommend them.. A leader who really cares for her staff and agents. It all comes down from the top. The owner is loyal and has integrity. Top agent! You owe it to yourself to get a quote from this place. Stop in and see for yourself. If you can't make it in... no worries, just call.. Tell them Jimmie Ray sent you!
