Miguel and his team do high quality, top tier work in framing, drywall, and full-scale renovations. They renovated the first floor of our townhouse, and transformed the concrete/studs into a beautiful recreation room with a full bathroom and a closet. Highly recommend Killian's to anyone looking for top quality renovation that brings your home projects to life.
As a builder, you need subcontractors that are honest and on time and Miguel and his crew are both whether Drywall, painting or Tile work, they do it all and very professional and always super clean. I’ve used and referred Killian’s LLC many times over the last six years and continue to today Highly recommended they don’t get much better .
Amazing job replacing water damaged ceiling. Restored back to new! The crew completed the job in a very timely manner. Highly recommend! Miguel has now transformed two bathrooms for me- the latest being my master bath (sanctuary). It is so beautiful. I can't believe it is mine. Every detail is perfect. For me, there is no other contractor.
Miguel and his team remodeled my bathroom. They not only did phenomenal work, but they are also such kind, courteous, and honest individuals.
