We have carved out a niche in the Denton area by providing personalized service to the small investor. We have some investors with only one property and a large number of investors with a mix of single-family, duplex, fourplex and apartment communities.

It's pretty quiet. The apartment units are really nice, and fairly easy to keep clean. There isn't any cell phone service unless i walk outside, so i miss about 75% of my incoming calls, and don't receive most texts until the next day. This, obviously, makes it very difficult to maintain relationships. You can pay rent online, which is a HUGE plus; especially for me, being out of town so often. I read some of the other reviews and I haven't had the same experience. I've lived here for almost a year and this is one of my favorite places. The parking is good and the few times I had a maintenace problem, they fixed it. Nothing in life is perfect and it's an apartment with alot of different people living here so things happen. I guess if your a negative person then that's all you'll get out of life no matter where you live.
I first encountered the fairly outgoing, friendly, and personable leasing agents. They were all very helpful. The first day I went in to get some information on a one-bedroom apartment, Jennifer was extremely eager to assist, and took me and my boyfriend on a tour of the one bedroom apartment and the amenities around the complex. It's a heartbeat away from the mall, Target, a never ending shopping outlet, restaurants, 121, and the Dallas Tollway. To get straight to the point I wanted to let everyone know how helpful, polite, & all around great Jessica has always been when I come into t he office. I have been complaining for WEEKS about how hard the garage door slams next to my apartment. IT IS SOOOO ANNOYING! I just find it had paying $750 a month for an apartment where I'm not comfortable and never want to be because of the noise. Especially on the weekends when everyone is moving about.
