Terrible company with zero regard for tenants or neighbors. They were too greedy and now they leave blighted buildings and lots in their wake, leaving the neighborhoods to deal with fires, violent squatters, rodent infestations, theft, and on and on. Absolute slum lords They will buy property in your neighborhood and allow it to become blighted for years before being forced to do anything. This company is a cancer on Portland, letting their derelict bad purchases rot and turn into centers of violence and crime.
