Extremely poor customer service, Highest priced labor – My experience at the Killian Hill Service Center has not been great, to say the least. First, I left my car to be looked at on Sunday evening and didn't receive a single call until Tuesday morning to inform me of the diagnosis. I was told that the parts needed to fix the car would cost $150.00 but with the labor charges added, my final total would be $848.00! That is almost $700.00 in labor costs!
