Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered the table and had no trouble with the online ordering or process of paying, until their service team got involved. We received the table in timely fashion and they took payment even faster. The delivery suggested that their white glove service would be in touch with us within 4 days of delivery. Buyers beware. Billed as the best tables AND the best service. You’ll pay extra for it. You’ll also be terribly let down. Hands down the most painfully worst purchase experience I’ve ever had for something that should’ve been fun and easy. Buy your gear from ANYONE else. “Killedthefun” would be a better name.

Our Killerspin MyT7 table is the perfect basement table. It’s easily moveable and most importantly, the built in pockets for 4 paddles and 20+ balls get rid of all the normal eye sores. We absolutely love our table and use it almost daily as a family.
We just opened our new killerspin ping-pong table. The boys put it together in 10 minutes.! They’ve been playing non-stop!Such a cool story, I was on their website late late at night doing a chat with one of their sales people to see if we could get the table by Devon‘s party. I am not a regular table tennis player, but I was amazed by the energy when I came to the Killerspin House. It was a fun environment, and I look forward to coming back!
Terrible customer service!!!!! We purchased the SVR-B and it will not align. We have been ignored for almost 2 weeks since the table arrived and we still have no resolution! It is a gorgeous table, but there are a couple of cosmetic issues. We are EXTREMELY disappointed!
