My food was raw and when I told the waitress she called the manager. He said that it's just the part of the rib that looks like that. It had blood in the middle. Then after paying with my credit card, I was charged $15 extra. Once again called the manager and he had no clue what I was talking about. Told me to call him back on Tuesday.

Seriously the best spot in Houston, if not in all of Texas. Been here a few times and still haven't moved on past the brisket. I have to drive 45 minutes to this place, and it's worth every minute
