I had a great experience here. Everyone was kind and professional. I needed help with a prescription refill since my primary care doctors were booked out, and thankfully this urgent care was able to help me.
Very caring, kind, and pleasant to be around. Pain is almost gone. Was even able to have x-rays done. Im a tall guy but like the high back on the chair in the room. My insurance only required a small copay but various options for payment. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!!! Weight loss and PCP are available as well. 2nd time there. I'm so glad that I decided to go to this urgent care facility. I was searching for someone that accepted Tricare. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The facility was very clean. I was checked in quickly and was seen by the doctor within a few minutes, he was very professional and explained everything to me. The doctor and his team was really great and they took very good care of me. Thank you all so much.
I wanted to take a moment to update my review and give credit where credit is due. While we did experience a hiccup and some misunderstandings during the process that led to frustration on my part, I appreciate that the clinic took the time to listen, communicate, and work with me toward a resolution. I had really high hopes for this practice, but ultimately, I was left disappointed. I was seen in March for my annual physical, during which I had blood drawn. While I understand that bloodwork is routine, I had to be stuck three times because the nurse could not properly insert the needle.
