Extremely professional and customer oriented. A the new water meter they had installed was leaking. They arrived within 2 hours to make the repair.
Excellent service from Killeen from point of contact , to Aaron assessing the plumbing issues and Matt doing a phenomenal job with getting the job done. Highly recommend and will use again should something occur with plumbing issues;

I called late in the day and whoever i talked to was going to try to send a tech out ASAP. I told him the next day would be fine. The tech showed up on time, cleaned my drain and was done. Caleb was a very personable young man, keep me updated on what he was doing, and offered suggestions on how to prevent this issue. I would definetly call Killeen again if needed!
