I had another issue with my AC unit and Jeff from Killeen Heating and Air came out and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and gave me added info on potential future issues as well. They also came out same day which was very much appreciated.

The system we had was done by a different company and they screwed it up. The units were not compatible with each other causing the outside unit to fry itself. Fixing it was pointless since both units needed replacing. The technician told us our options and we opted for the newer technology. The installers were polite and respectful. We stayed out of their way and when they were done they explained the new system to me and asked if I had any questions. I didn’t so he packed the rest of his things and left.
24hr service but no one answers the phone. Great.
Called Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning at about 5:15pm and the tech was here within a half hour. Was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process of fixing my AC. Great job!
