My 2019 Ford Explorer was taken into the shop with NO damage what so ever. After they had my vehicle for more then a week (and this was the 3rd time in for the same problem). I went to pick it up. My car was brought around from the back, I was told to enjoy the rest of my and as I went to get in my SUV I noticed damage on the front drivers side bumper that went around the front of my car. Justin went out of his way to get me into the Jeep of my dreams. He communicated very well through the process, which actually took just a couple days. He detailed her and even sent me a video as a happy birthday message. I’d deal with him again in a heartbeat.

Vehicles are overpriced!! Same vehicles in preowned I found for less and new models for the same price as the older model they were selling. They wouldn’t even use my employee pricing price on the vehicles.. rebates!?! Nope... will get my vehicle outside Killeen

just nuts that I brought a bad battery under warranty to Automax, after we pulled it from F350 and recharged it then load tested it, to be told you have to bring it with the vehicles. but the battery is bad...why would I pay $150 for a tow to Ford to replace a $150 battery??? "policy" or Ford won't reimburse is what I am told, but when does your local Automax help ME keep my work trucks on the road working instead of making everything a complete hassle? off to Autozone or O'Reilly. Had an appointment today for our 2008 Ford Expedition that was made a week and half ago. I requested a loaner as we live between gatesville and cove. Told them all that needed to be fixed. Have ford extended warranty. We get there and we are informed that the vehicle is to old and to many miles in if for a loaner. Owners rules. Service manager would not help us and the service rep was no help and acted like he could have cared less about us because it was out of his hands etc. I will take out business back to where we had. They are after a dollar. Kept taking sons truck back and forth. Finally took to another mechanic and battery positive and starter cable loose on starter we tightened shoulder wires under dashboard now working so far so good.

They will TRY and rip you off. Trust me when I say this..take the trip to Dallas and buy your truck. I saved more than $10,000 easily and it was well worth the 2.5 hour drive. I went to WESTWAY Ford in Irving to be exact. Worked with Matt Munoz and had a TRULY incredible experience, nothing fake like what you’re reading here. Please take my advice. Don’t ever take a vehicle to them for repairs. They throw parts at it, replace things that don’t need replaced and avoid you for a week plus. Andrew was the service guy we had to deal with and unfortunately for us, he was horrible. Then you finally get the vehicle back after $$$$ and it still doesn’t work. Thanks for being the worst dealership in Killeen.
