One star is as low as it goes. Should have read other reviews before making the trip. The only reason was the internet price, which disappeared when I stepped through the door. No posted dealer discount was honored, and I was told I had to finance to receive other discounts, which also vanished when I got to finance. Purchase price ended up over $3000.00 over MSRP.

BUYER BEWARE Bought a truck from this dealership. Worst experience with the service department. Lennon the service manager, is the worst service manager I have ever dealt with. A complete asshole & liar. I would NEVER take any vehicle to them. Stay away from this dealership!!! Scammers & liars… If you buy a used vehicle from them, I highly suggest u have a professional mechanic look at the vehicle before you buy it. Overall just go to a different dealership & stay away from Killeen Ford.

I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle advertised for under $27 K. I was informed that the internet price was only valid if I used their financing. I still can't find this listed on their web site. Long story short the salesperson talked to the "Sales Manager and came back with an offer of $35k after taxes and a paid off trade in. Needless to say I said no and asked for my keys. The salesperson left to get my keys but returned with a counter offer of $30k (A $5K difference but still very high.) Buyer Beware! Before test driving, we were told the vehicle was $33K. As soon as we were invited inside after the test drive, we were told that vehicle was $34K. They acted like this was a mistake and said, “they would check the online price.” We said we would like to talk about purchasing and would not need their financing- that we would either pay cash or get our own financing. If you purchase from this dealership, read over the information carefully! I ordered a 2021 Bronco from Keith in the summer of 2021. Because Bronco production was slow, my reservation was pushed to 2022. I made the necessary edits to my order, which was pushed through. Keith communicated well and did a pretty good job overall. Unfortunately, he works for a sales manager and dealership that is greedy and dishonest. I received notification that my Bronco was being delivered in mid-July 2022.
