Worst clinic I have been to. Honestly ridiculous! You can’t enter the clinic unless you have a mask and they only accept cash, which doesn’t sound too bad until you show up for your appointment with only 10-15 minutes to figure out how to get these things before they cancel your appointment. Also, they do NOT notify you beforehand. This review is strictly on the operation of the clinic NOT any of the staff personally.
Horrible clinic!!! First let me start off with Ive been seeing Khadim for years and the clinic was okay but, has Slowly become worse. All the bad reviews on the receptionist are all true. Melissa and all the other girls are super rude, in person and on the phone, They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. Also they say Theyre open till 4, thats a straight up LIE!! The front desk clerk (Melisa) is very rude and has no people skills. Dr Kadhim is a very good doctor and listens to your concerns and treats them accordingly. That front Desk clerk is the only problem at Killeen Family Health.
