This original review has been completely changed as a result of an objectively lovely call with management who took the time to snuff out my ignorance such that I would consider the original issue resolved. The original score was 2 stars with the main issue being the cost of over $1.5k for around two hours of the plumber unblocking a drain with a jet. WATCH OUT THIS BUSINESS. I had slow drain pipe needs to be unblocked a bit. Called up the Killara Plumbing but the guy came was from the next door business the Network Plumbing. The guy quoted me $1800 for jet blaster + camera check. Time waster!
I had to have a big job done unexpectedly. Mick and Shaun came to do the job and the service, promptness, communication and delivery was above and beyond. Thank you so much!
