My Experience with Kilian's Express Lube On May 13, 2026, I took my vehicle to Kilian's Express Lube for a routine oil change. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple service turned into a serious and potentially costly mistake. Instead of draining the engine oil, the technician drained the transmission fluid and then added oil to an engine that had not been drained, resulting in a severely overfilled engine. If I could give them a zero I would! May 13, 2026 my dad went to Kilian’s Express Lube for a routine oil change and that is where the drama started. Instead of draining the oil, they drained the transmission fluid and then double filled the oil. To their credit, they did pay to have the transmission fluid refilled after the mistake was discovered. However, they have stated they will not be responsible for anything beyond today, despite the possibility of future issues caused by driving the vehicle without transmission fluid.... read more
Been coming here before Jordan bought it. It's the only place you should get your oil changed. It's even better now that he owns it. The customer service alone is why I will always come here.
Had quick service, pleasant workers. Very satisfied with service.
