My Roadside Assitance dispatched this Company to me. The Driver Arived. I was told my "Service Animal " wasn't allowed in the truck. He was going to leave me & my car plus Service Animal on the Highway on the side of the Road. Then when we get to my Mechanic he didn't place it where my Mechanic asked him to. I video taped all of my interaction with this company. I will Never use them again.
We had auto issues after a brand new battery installation. Killian came quickly with an awesome guy. He immediately checked the connections on the battery and spotted a loose one. Saved us so much time and money. He had a great personality and attitude. 100% recommend Killian.
If I could give them a zero I would! May 13, 2026 my dad went to Kilian’s Express Lube for a routine oil change and that is where the drama started. Instead of draining the oil, they drained the transmission fluid and then double filled the oil. To their credit, they did pay to have the transmission fluid refilled after the mistake was discovered. However, they have stated they will not be responsible for anything beyond today, despite the possibility of future issues caused by driving the vehicle without transmission fluid.... read more
