Dr. Kilgore is a wonderful doctor but too bad that the Staff are not the same. I called in with what could have been a medical emergency and the woman who answered told me that it wasn't a big deal. I asked for a call from the nurse and am still waiting. Earlier, I called with a billing question and spoke with the person at the front desk. I asked for "Daniel" so I could discuss things.
