They had the parts that I needed at a reasonable price
Took a push mower in to have the pull rope replaced. 2 weeks later I called and they haven't looked at it yet. Another 2 weeks later I called and they fixed the pull rope, but also replaced the carburetor without my knowledge or consent. I was pissed. They were rude over the phone when I asked why they didn't call me. They said they called and left a voice mail which didn't happen.
JUST LIKE YOU don't, you're a problem
Horrible customer service. Horrible people. They picked my John Deer mower from my house on November 25, 2016. In January, I went back to their shop to check on the mower, they hadn't looked at it yet because they lost my contact information. I went back to their shop in late February 2017, they said the transmission was out, they claimed they tried to call me about it several times but only got my voicemail.
