I am a current tenent with their property management. I signed the lease under another PM company and then the owners of my unit decided to go to them. I will say, Asheville KARE Property Management is doing a better job at taking care of the property than the last company. I had niether a working washer or a working dryer that their main maintenence guy Milton got squared away in about a day or so after telling him about it the day I met him. Whatever you do, do NOT rent with them! They will steal money out of your deposit and make up excuses to do it without reasonable explanation. There are much better places around Asheville to rent from. Don't fall for their fake 'niceness" and warmness. They only see dollar signs and the place is a rip off anyway and is severely overpriced and they don't tend to issues quickly enough at all and they don't care to work with you on anything and do upgrades when necessary. Whatever you do, don't rent with Ashevillekare.

The persons in charge of KARE management company, Monica and Kerry are without a doubt, the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely no regard for the tenants and their issues. They are unresponsive and rude.
Very professional! Monica and Kerry have been my property managers for two years and they have been great! I appreciate that they keep my properties rented and when maintenance issues arrive they are on top if it. I highly recommend these two ladies.
