A Dr’office with NO Dr. She is never there, and they want you to wait weeks for answer to any questions you have. Maybe it is a self serve office? This is the only method to hold professionals accountable. I saw the nurse practitioner last time I was there. They do not listen when you call to anything you say! It takes 4-6 calls back and forth and then when you try to explain to staff anything it is an absolute FIGHT. She is always unavailable and who ever answers the phone or calls you back are the most insensitive uncaring... read more
