NO SMOKING building period ! Don't even bother trying to move in if you do. Nobody wants to smell that and it's really unacceptable anyways. Building is well maintained, suites are very small, no a/c in the units unless you buy a window one, very limited parking. New building managers often and some arn't the best but overall this is a good building of you are over 55 and on a fixed income.
I just called and got judged on smoking just because she an ex smoker dont mean all ppl are the same !! Kinda snotty rude person i just hung up.on her
