Just like every other mom-and-pop shop won't put on customer parts have to buy all your parts from them so they can jack up the prices I won't go to them if I was you because they charge high prices
I have a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado I purchased new and took in earlier this year to Kilby's at 50,000 miles on it to have the transmission serviced and brakes checked. They changed the transmission fluid and filter, replaced the rear brake pads and turned the drums at a reasonable price. I was told I still had some life on the front brakes.
