This company is really great. I never had to go through anything dealing with a lawyer. So I didn't know where to begin. He was very knowledgeable, direct and to the point with my claim. Never felt any info was left out. Him and his staff checked on me throughout the process. (Just a check in) If I had any questions about anything regarding my claim kilburn or his staff got back with me. I have nothing negative to say about this company. Office was comfortable and cozy...very clean.

Kilburn and his staff were phenomenal! My own insurance company was nonresponsive when I filed a claim after a hit-and-run, I could not get their help whatsoever. It took Kilburn stepping in to represent me in order for them to respond to my claim. Kilburn advocated for me and was able to produce an even better outcome than I hoped for!! His support staff helped me with the logistics of setting up a rental car and coordinating with the body shop that performed the repairs to my vehicle.
