just now NEW Don't waste your time here. Gary Kikiumoto was rude over the phone. The moment I applied and paid the $40 application fee. He kept coming with reasons to prolong me getting approved then finally disapproved over a 640 credit score. Even though I made 3x the rent had check stubs, HR employee verification. Went through all that just say no to a retired Army Veteran. Stay away Gary and everyone with him do horrible business.
