Nous navons pas été très bien reçu. La personne, d'un certain âge, qui s'est occupé de nous n'était pas très agréable. Aucun sourire. Elle s'est simplement contenté de nous donner ce que l'on cherchait et que l'on avait du mal a trouver. (on a cherché tout seul) Bref, pas très commercial le jour de notre venue. Un conseil, essayez un autre magasin

I came to check out this store after I received one of their lip glosses for Christmas. This is a hidden gem! I walked in and everything was clean. I immediately felt right at home. The staff was soooo friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I didn’t know I was looking for! I became a loyalty member and now I have ZERO plans to shop anywhere but here. Can’t wait to go back!

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was very poor. The employee was extremely rude, provided no explanation, and clearly showed no interest in helping. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment. I was interested in the brand, but this experience completely changed my mind. I do not recommend the Lincoln Rd location due to the staff’s attitude.
