Says open till 9pm Thursday and Friday. Was closed when I arrived around 6 pm both days. Waste of my time
Just had a wonderful Shopping experience and great customer service from Kiki.K. I was shopping for a little gift for someone and a young staff member was quick to help me out when I needed a hand. Store was clean and organised and the music was inviting. They also wrapped the gift so perfectly!
Rating 2 stars as generally a really good store. But last night's experience was not so good. Given the christmas rush I was in store at a quiet time. Upon waiting to be served the attendant seemed frustrated once everything was processed generally staff ask if we are in the planner lovers program, this was not mentioned so we mentioned it and the attendant became even more frustrated. Went in to use my voucher and the girl behind the counter was on her phone the entire time and didn't even look up or speak to me, I was the only customer in the store. Ended up just walking out, lovely products but terrible service.
