Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience. The company did not complete the delivery of my package and, despite several attempts on my end to get help, there has been no proper follow-up. Communication slowly stopped altogether, and my messages are no longer being answered. No solution, explanation, or effort to resolve the situation was ever offered. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.
Lovely shop and staff. We originally visited in Dec 2024 where me and my son purchased charm necklaces. Unfortunately my son hoovered his up and it broke. I visited again in August 2025, taking the necklace with me in hopes they can fix it and they did. Free of charge. The staff were so helpful, I couldn’t remember the lady who put it all back together but I am extremely thankful. Thank you so much. I really hope to visit again soon.
Everyone there was so sweet and patient, beautiful shop
Took my niece to this spot. It was like we were on our own I had to ask how to find our size, guess how the procedure worked watching others. Not so welcoming as a first time customer who brought their loved one to have an experience meaningful being she doesn't live in NY and I dont get much time wit her. What really had me upset was when I asked for something to put the bracelet in so my niece can pack it to take back home.
