very patient, very accommodating. braids are very neat & full.
Kiki is extremely rude when it comes down to operating a business on a professional level. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30AM, she didn’t arrive until 9:42AM, I texted her and received no communication that’s the least she could have did out of courtesy. She didn’t start my hair until 10:17AM. My hair was completed and I’m sitting for 15 plus minutes with my ends not completed.
