Always a stellar experience
The new management has been great. Service is excellent and everything is clean.
I was happy to get a walk in spot (the people after me were not so lucky and were not treated great) and the 10 minute massage was great ($15!). That’s the end of the positives. Within 2 days my powder manicure had chipped on one finger and almost 1 week in 2 nails have chipped and many others are cracking. Very disappointing and won’t be returning. $50 powder gel.
Lina is a wonderful new owner that takes great pride in her work and wants to make sure you are happy. She pays attention to detail and does a phenomenal job. All the staff are kind and friendly. The more you go, the better the experience. Kiki’s offers a loyalty program to earn points on purchases you can redeem. I have been coming here for years and cannot rave enough about Kiki’s Nails!
Kiki Nails is my new favorite spot in town. So far I’ve gotten builder gel a few times and dip powder, I also love their reflexology pedicures. Lina takes her time and pays attention to every little detail, she is very meticulous. My nails always look great, thanks Lina!
