Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the salon was spotless, which made me feel comfortable right away. My manicure and pedicure were done with so much care and attention to detail—my nails look flawless, and my feet feel incredibly refreshed. RUDE STAFF & POOR QUALITY SERVICE. New to the area so I Googled nail salons and this one had 4.6 stars, so I tried it (it was my fault for not digging a little bit to see all the reviews mentioning rude staff. The older man there wasn’t just rude, he was mean. At one point he told me ‘watch the tv, don’t watch me doing your nails.’ He was getting so frustrated with me because I wasn’t sure what the base of my color gel was (I only know it as color gel), he was slamming his hands down on the table.
