Horrible experience! Took advantage of my elderly ill Aunt, she has called numerous times and "Kiki" is never there, even when they say she will be. They mislead my Aunt by having her sign a sales slip and not mentioning that she was signing a condition of sale paperwork which includes in fine print "no refunds". Which is one thing if the item sold was the same quality as the item you saw in the store. Not the case.
