We hired Kihn Heating and Cooling on May 23 to purchase and install a new furnace with air conditioning, as well as 2 new unit heaters in our commercial building in Mt Pleasant. We paid a $9500 deposit on the total of $15,500. They delivered the furnaces and air conditioner and then stopped taking our calls and texts. They abandoned the project before the installation and left us with no air conditioning (or heat) in the 95 degree days. I loaned$80,000 to Charlie He paid back $30,000 Now he still owes me $50,000 We had a contract and he broke it Now I have to take him to court and sue Him to get my money back. I've called him numerous times and send text messages and stopped at his house No response. I'm a disabled vet and he stole from me We were friends but no more Do not trust Charlie I've read other reviews where he stole money from people. See you in court Charlie and you know who this is.
