Charge an arm and a leg. Don’t send fresh product. Not as advertised. Horrible customer service. Been doing business for years and have had several bad shipments. I’ve spent 100s if not 1000s promoting their products to find that they are a fraud. False advertisements.

What is your customer service number? I am concerned about an order that has not shipped yet - all other orders I placed have already been received! The number I call just gives the info that you have product available in the store and then disconnects - please help!!
My 86yr old Aunt who lives in Florida tried to call several times during business hours to place an order, noone answered the phone. I send an email about my Aunt wanting to place an order and never received a response. So if you are looking for a company with customers service this is not it!
I used to love the cookies from the Kiffle Kitchen. I went in on the 16th of November to order cookies for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We also get them throughout the year. I have ordered these cookies for 5 years from them. They are the Italian cookies and the raspberry almond. They refused to take my order for the cookies. My family will be very disappointed. How can a bakery refuse your orders? They have lost our business.
