Kiewit Las Vegas management is a joke... their superintendent, general foreman and foreman are generally in the positions of who they now and NOT what they know. Currently, the GF from St Louis Mo. (Mike) is a Laborer by trade how in the world can Laborer direct Carpenters! They have these kids out of college that are engineers and never actually been in the field so how can they provide direction. They never have material but want you to work. Basically i would not give this R==A T company a Star... they work Majority of workers like S-- lav== es. If you do you QUOTA you get to Leave early with a Full day pay. and then ask why other workers not finishing early and then tell the other bosses to get rid of them..
