The cleaning technician was very patient with our curious rescue dog, waiting politely while we secured him in the yard before running the vacuum hoses inside. Great customer service and manners.
A heavy layer of fine drywall dust from a recent bathroom renovation had settled deep into the hallway carpet. The technician used a HEPA dry extraction pass followed by steam, removing the gritty dust completely.
Spilled coffee with heavy cream was lifted from the home office rug without leaving any watermarks or sour milk odors behind.
The truck-mounted system had incredible vacuum draw, ensuring minimal water was left behind in the fibers. The carpets were dry to the touch in just a few hours.
We had cosmetic foundation and liquid bronzer spilled on the bedroom floor. The technician used a targeted solvent to dissolve the oily binder without stripping the carpet's factory dye. Excellent result.
