My husband and I pass on our sincere appreciation to all the staff at Kieser Heidelberg. They are friendly, welcoming, encouraging and professional and they bring such a positive vibe to the space. It seems to us that they enjoy their workplace culture and this shows in their interactions within the team and with their clients. Special thanks to Louisa (Exercise Physiologist), Praby (Physiotherapist), Areata and Utku (Exercise Scientists) for their expertise, care, guidance and support.
Joining Kieser was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The facility is exceptionally well set up and the staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming. I have to give a special mention to Areata, my assisted trainer, who is incredibly dedicated and supportive throughout every session. Highly recommend this facility.
The staff are just so incredibly kind and professional. They explain things thoroughly and nothing is too much trouble for them! I felt like I was in an ocean trying to navigate my complex health issues on my own, prior to Keiser. Now I feel cared for and they truly are invested in helping me prepare myself for upcoming hip surgery.. I can’t praise them enough.. I am very happy with the care they are giving me..Bravo a fabulous team.
