I’m very happy with my sessions at Kieser, which was recommended to me by my cardiologist. Olivia was fantastic. The exercises Olivia taught me have had an immediate effect on my blood pressure, enabling me to lower my medication, which was the goal. Thank you Olivia. You changed my life for the better!
The staff and facilities deserve 5 stars, my experience calls for 0. I joined up as per recommendation from my osteo for a physical rehab program following a work injury, was told they were an approved rehab provider and they would organise with my insurer - they never sent through any of the required documents and as a result I have been lumped with thousands in rehab costs. Would not recommend
I am hooked. Love the quiet atmosphere and appreciated the introduction to all the machines. More expensive than Eltham gym full membership though.
