Terrible! They will help you to obtain a new policy, but will not help you to manage or maintain your policy after the fact. Referred our office directly to the insurance provider!? We referred two additional businesses to this firm, both in which feel the same. Strongly advise for you to research and question doing business with them! Kimberly Patterson (Department Supervisor) and Jude Weber (Agent) have directly changed the way I view insurance!
