SO good! quality ingredients cooked perfectly. this is a food truck I specifically seek out. it's so good I do a little dance in my chair as I'm eating it. :)
I first came across the Kielbasa Bus a few months ago and started following them on Facebook instantly to keep track of when they would be in my area again! The food is addictive! BEST pierogi and Kielbasa I've had in a long time, maybe ever! Potato pancakes, donuts and more. If you are looking for fantastic Polish food and to support a great small family owned business the Kielbasa Bus is a must!!!!
Food was incredible and the service was top notch! If you find his truck definitely stop there and get some Kielbasa sub and Pierogis! Mark knows his stuff!
