I had such a great experience at Kiehl’s! This was actually my second visit — my first visit was for a skin consultation with Selena, and she was absolutely charming. She made me feel so comfortable, took the time to really understand my skin concerns, and set such a positive tone for my experience with the store. I had such a great experience at this store! The employees, Ariana and Selena, were so nice and accommodating. I’m new to skincare and they took the time to explain everything to me, offer me a personal consultation, and even made me feel at home with drinks and snacks. They were both so knowledgeable and friendly, and I left feeling confident about my new skincare routine. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back!
The girl that works here always is busy with her friends and never helps customers out. This is my second time coming to get help, last time she was busy with her friends and said come back in 30 minutes, came back and she went on lunch break. This time she was chatting with her friends.
Ooo Ariana was a gem! I went in for one item and she was so kind in asking if I had time to get my skin tested, so patient in explaining the products that would benefit my skin type, and so delightful to be around. If there’s someone who deserves a raise it’s definitely her - would recommend a skin test if you stop by! I’m definitely coming back after my current regimen is over to try out their toner and serum.
