The agent working here at Kiehl's at the BWI Airport needs extensive training in Customer Service. She is an extremely rude person; I can't believe she's an employee here, she makes Kiehl's look bad. Also, Their formulas have changed, and products are not consistent. It is really sad since I was a loyal customer. I will look elsewhere.
Poor service and lies.
Visited to pick-up a few products on Wed prior to Thanksgiving. While the products are great, the associate was uninformed about the products and clearly appeared disinterested and annoyed that a customer was trying to buy products during her shift.
