The Kiehl’s store at The Americana offers a delightful experience, both indoors and outdoors. While it’s a bit of a detour from the main mall, the well-maintained store and friendly staff make it worth the visit. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and my experiences have always been consistently positive.

I went in to ask about their free skin assessment + Miller offered to do it as soon as I walked in. Miller did a future skin forecast (terrifying results, but very eye-opening!!!) + a full face analysis (also very eye-opening!!!). I highly recommend you go get yours done! Miller asked me about my skincare routine + told me exactly what to do to help with my skin hydration problem. Nice clean store extremely friendly staff
I had a skin analysis appointment here, and it was such a great experience. The gentleman suggested skin care tailored to my specific needs. It has been about a month since the appointment and my skin looks amazing. I have been using the moisturizer he recommended for me and I am so happy with the results. I took a lot of photos with family recently and my skin looked so smooth in all the photos. Thank you!!
