I want to thank Dolanda for the wonderful shopping experience. As usual the online order pick up had issues and the items I wanted was out of stock. She went the extra mile to call another outlet to put them aside for me. She was patient and thorough in answering my questions and giving skincare advice. Truly great and sincere friendly service. Bless her heart!

Went in there one day and Jade gave us some samples and since then we have been returning customers! Jade is super friendly and knowledgeable about everything, she always ask for an update on how well a product is working for us. You’re never forced to purchase your always welcomed to try something and comeback. However everything she has ever recommended works so no need to sample!

I went in looking for facial moisturizer the other day and it was horrible. I was looking for a specific item but then I noticed it was not on sale but the Kiehl's worker grabbed the item and quickly went to the cashier to charge me. I wanted to take my time and look around. To make matters worse, there was a Vit. C serum that I really liked from them. I had the sample size at home and was curious how much the full bottle cost.
