Friendly service, helped give suggestions on products that I was looking for.
I just left the store from getting a skin check by Hannah. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable on the products. Not only that but she managed to help me while having to step away and help multiple people at a time and still made me feel important. Just walked out of Kiehl’s at Washington Square, where I had the most amazing interaction with one of the employees whose name I was not able to get. My whole experience was more than I could’ve asked for it. She helped me find a new routine that i’m excited to try. I wish I could say the whole routine was 10 out of 10, but unfortunately there was a very rude woman by who I see left a review.
