Friendly service, helped give suggestions on products that I was looking for.
I just left the store from getting a skin check by Hannah. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable on the products. Not only that but she managed to help me while having to step away and help multiple people at a time and still made me feel important. That being said, While I was in the store a customer entered with 7 children and proceeded to verbally abuse the 2 employees working because they were unable to immediately assist her due to the fact that they were both with other customers. Just walked out of Kiehl’s at Washington Square, where I had the most amazing interaction with one of the employees whose name I was not able to get. My whole experience was more than I could’ve asked for it. She helped me find a new routine that i’m excited to try. I wish I could say the whole routine was 10 out of 10, but unfortunately there was a very rude woman by who I see left a review. Stopped by the store today and I just want to say the girls who work here are always so helpful. Mckenna did a skin scan on me and helped me figure out why my skin barrier was low. There was a lot of people shopping and the ladies helped everyone in a timely manner and with grace. I’m looking forward to trying my new products and my next trip into Kiehl’s!
This is a fantastic skincare line, I love Kiehls. This store has friendly and knowledgeable team members who take their time to listen and help you find the right product the first time. I visit this store frequently and have always had positive experiences.
