Just had a terrible customer service at this location by this person name McKenna. She refused to price adjust without the products. We just purchased 3 days back and they can see it online but she won’t price adjust. Kiehl’s also does not have a way to process adjust online like most retailers do. They have made it very difficult for us loyal customer.
Walked in to get a new moisturizer and the guy working was super sweet and helpful. Asked me what I was looking for in my product, confirmed I knew what I was looking for, suggested a got the holidays combo pack, and gave me free samples!
Great store, well organized. Best on-site customer service with a knowledgeable staff. Thank you for always being kind and true to the Kiehl's brand!
