I walked in with horrible eczema around my eyes (thanks, allergies). Gwen immediately knew what to have me try for not only moisture but to soothe the itchiness. Within a minute they looked and felt so much better, and I walked out with the (hopeful) cure to my malady. Great knowledge of their products, kindness, and and helpful tips on when to use the products - thank you, Gwen!
Not good customer service
Thank you Shannon for helping me find something to help my painfully chapped lips - I didn't expect to get such good advice at an airport shop!!! It was nice to talk about the eclipse, too!!
