I bought product and ask for samples, the sales girl ( recepit shows her name is Breshna) told me kiehl's has new policy, they are not offering samples anymore, including online and in store. She said even you order online, you would not receive any samples from the package. But I checked kiehl's website, clearly saying 2 samples per order. So...... Can anybody explain to me who is cheating? the sales girl or Kiehl's website?

Love their products and the selection and inventory in this location is quite good especially as compared to Sephora. The expedience was made even better by ghe VERY helpful salesperson.

Terrible experience. Came in for my birthday gift (store had nobody in it) and they said my phone number wasn’t in the system. I went home and checked and sure enough my phone number was in the system. They did not care to help one bit. I was a big kiehls fan but this has turned me off. Customer service was disappointing.
