Tiffany! She was the best! So patient and informative with my questions, you can tell she really knows her skincare and brand, explaining everything in great detail, making my skin assessment so interesting and enlightening. I could have talked to her all day, she has such a warmth about her, was so friendly and comical, even understanding when I had to leave for a later commitment, still telling me all I needed to know and showing me the products I needed. Today I was at Pacific Fair with my boyfriend and stopped by Kiehl’s just to have a look at a product for acne.
