I recently visited Shirley at Kiehl’s Pacific Fair for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She took the time to educate me on my skin, did an in store analysis of my skin and helped me develop a skincare routine personalised to me. They also do monthly education sessions. Safe to say I’ll be back!

I would like to thank Shirley for her excellent customer service. She was very patient in introducing me to the products that suited my partner and my skin and was very kind to offer a skin care check even though she was busy during the day. I was also given some free samples and skincare tools to try which I love! She was amazing in her knowledge of each skin care product and very passionate in explaining them to us. Thank you, Shirley!
