I visited Kiehl’s today for a skin check and had a great experience. Elizabeth was amazing — she checked my skin thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and suggested products that suited my concerns. I bought the products she recommended and I’m really happy. She was friendly and professional. Highly recommended! 🩷
I always wanted to visit Kiehl’s and I walked in late (5pm) and was greeted by the lovely Elizabeth. I was just looking about and we exchanged pleasantries whilst I was looking around. Elizabeth wasn’t pushy but asked if I’d used their products before, I hadn’t. Best products and amazing customer service, all of the employees at the Pac fair store have great knowledge on all of the products. Definitely worth the money!
I had a truly wonderful experience with Tiffany today. As someone new to this process, I felt completely supported—she patiently guided me through every step of my purchase. Tiffany was approachable, honest, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her genuine care made all the difference.
We stopped by the Pacific Fair store and had a great shopping experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stocked up on some essentials and left thinking we had been well looked after!
