I had such a great experience with Tiffany at Kiehl's Pacific Fair. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional from start to finish. I first visited on a Sunday and came back on Thursday, and she still remembered my name, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. I was in QC for a couple of days and recently became a fan of Kiehl’s products. I was greeted by Elizabeth “Kay” and she was an absolute delight. She welcomed me warmly and her product knowledge was unparalleled. Highly recommend visiting her! She exactly knew what product suited my skin .

Staff member Jireh was incredibly helpful in assisting me in purchasing a christmas present for my mum and grandma back in december 2025. He was fantastic, patient, and provided plenty free samples for the family to try! Thank you again Jireh for the excellent service you provided!
