Today I had the absolute BEST experience at Kiehl’s thanks to Tiffany. From the moment my partner and I walked in, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She took the time to do a skin analysis for both of us and went into incredible depth explaining each product, how it would affect our skin, and what routine would suit us individually. Elizabeth is the best. Very professional & knowledgeable. She gave me the best consultion I've had. The Derma reading of my skin was great. Showed where dehydration was, sun damage etc. I then experienced quite a few products which Elizabeth applied to my face explaining the benefits of each. So I bought a couple of products & was given a couple of samples. It was fantastic experience.

My friend and i went in store and had one of the best customer experiences the both of us have ever had with Tiffany. She was incredibly informative, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and eagerly helped us understand our own skin and what products to use. I seriously am going to recommend her to all of my friends. If she isn’t the manager of the store, she absolutely needs to be!
